- We have the world’s best Amish pretzels, baked fresh daily. We don’t buy frozen, pre-cooked pretzels and put them in a warmer until they are thawed out. Our pretzel chefs mix the ingredients together, let the dough rise, roll it out, and hand twist the pretzels themselves. This recipe was given to us by a very dear Amish friend of ours from Shipshewana, Indiana who came down personally and taught our staff how to cook, what we think, is the best pretzel ever made! Our pretzels have become the talk of the town and folks who aren’t even coming to the show stop in to buy pretzels every day!
