First, let me say, I am in no way trying to talk you out of conventional lodging. The Great Smoky Mountains have some of the nicest hotels, cabins, and Airbnb houses available anywhere in the country. It’s really hard to go wrong when selecting a place to stay. However, if you want to try something a little different on your next family vacation to the Great Smoky Mountains, you might consider one of these unique options.
