Thank you for your interest in being a part of our cast! At Mountain of Entertainment Theater, we strive to create an unforgettable, family-friendly experience that brings excitement and joy to our guests and employees. Our cast members are critical in ensuring every production is performed with the highest excellence and integrity. We look forward to considering you as part of the team! Each season provides new opportunities for cast members. All of our shows require different types and skill sets. All cast members are professional employees and receive competitive salaries with benefits. We aim to provide a safe, diverse and encouraging work environment where all employees feel part of the Mountain of Entertainment family.
We select our cast through auditions. These auditions occur annually and are announced on our website, media, and other websites (ex, Backstage.com). We are looking for performers with a high level of experience & formal training.

Adult submissions
We are now accepting adult applications for the following productions:
- Christmas at Array Variety Show in Pigeon Forge, TN (4-month contract) – Singers, Dancers, Musicians, Specialty Acts, Animal Acts, Sound and lighting techs, Backstage tech
- 2025 Array Variety Show season Pigeon Forge TN – Singers, Dancers, Musicians, Specialty Acts, Animal Acts, Sound and lighting techs, Backstage tech
Dancers-
All applicants and genres of dance considered.
Singers-
All applicants and genres considered.
Musicians-
All applicants and instruments considered.
Specialty Acts-
Looking for any fun, interesting, high-energy, beautiful, and unique acts. (Ex: Aerialist, Contortionist, Cyr Wheel, Flatland BMX) Must be family friendly. No fire acts.
Animal Acts-
We are looking for all professional animal acts. Shows include dogs, birds, cows, horses, exotics, etc. All small animal acts will be considered for our Pigeon Forge, TN shows. All large animal acts will be considered for our Shipshewana, IN, location.
Technical Crew / Lights & Sound
